Bank Of India (BOI) Recruitment 2014: Bank Of India invites application for the 33 posts of specialist officers in the the field of Industrial Relations, Investigation, Technical Appraisal and Statistician. In these vacancies there is no reservation for Ex-Service men candidate in the officer cadre. Interested and eligible candidates are required to fill only one post only.

1. Industrial Relations: 6 Posts
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in any discipline with 55% marks and full time MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management or MSW.
Age Limit: 21-30 Years as on 1st November 2014
2. Investigation: 4 Posts
Qualification: Graduate Degree in Law with 10 years of experience in State or Central Government/Public sector units.
Age Limit: 32-45 Years as on 1st November 2014
3. Technical Appraisal: 18 Posts
Qualification: Engineering Degree in Textiles, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, Computer Science, Metallurgy, B.Pharm. and MBA with minimum 3 years experience in Industry/Bank/Financial Institution.
Age Limit: 21-35 Years as on 1st November 2014
4. Statistician: 5 Posts
Qualification: Master's Degree in Statistics with 60% marks and 3 years experience as Statistician in Officer Cadre or Statistical Officer in a Financial Institution or Bank or Government Organisation or Private Sector.
Age Limit: 21-35 Years as on 1st November 2014
Pay Scale:
JMG Scale I: Rs.14,500/- - Rs.25,700/- Per Month
MMG Scale II: Rs.19,400/- - Rs.28,100/- Per Month
Work Location: Across India
