Small Industries Development Bank Of India (SIDBI) Recruitment Notification 2016: SIDBI invites application for 100 Assistant Manager Posts in (Grade 'A'-General Stream). Eligible and Interested candidates are advised to apply online only through SIDBI official website on or before 11th January 2016. The selected candidates would be on probation for a period of 2 years which is extendable upto maximum 4 years at the discretion of the Bank. The selected candidates will be liable to be posted/transferred at discretion of the Bank to various offices/verticals/associates/subsidiaries of the Bank from time to time and on such terms and conditions as may be decided by the Bank.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in any stream from a recognized institute/university. Preference would be given to candidates possessing professional qualifications like CA, CS, ICWA, CFA, MBA, Engineering, and Diploma in Banking from a recognized Institute. Proficiency in computers is preferable.

Exam Pattern: Online exam will consist of objective type questions of multiple choices and descriptive type for 250 Marks

1. Computer Knowledge: 20 Questions (20 Marks)
2. English Language: 40 Questions (40 Marks)
3. General Awareness: 40 Questions (40 Marks)
4. Reasoning Aptitude: 50 Questions (50 Marks)
5. Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions (50 Marks)
Descriptive Type: 50 Marks
English language and drafting ability test comprising of
One Essay Writing (35 Marks) and
One Business Letter Writing (15 Marks)
Note: Negative Marking: one fourth (1/4) of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.
Exam Duration: 2 Hours 45 Minutes
Pre-Recruitment Training: Pre-recruitment training (PRT) would be conducted for SC/ST/OBC candidates for 8 days duration at 14 Centres. who want to attend Pre-recruitment training (PRT), shall register themselves separately with the appropriate link provided elsewhere in SIDBI’s website.
