Age Limit: Minimum 21 Years and Maximum age as on
35 Years: In case of Advocates with three years practice.
25 Years: In case of fresh Law Graduates.
45 Years: In case of Ministerial Staff.

Educational Qualification: Degree in Law and Knowledge of Konkani.
Note: Candidate must have sufficient knowledge of Konkani. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable. Such knowledge must be certify.

Experience: Must have practiced as an Advocate in the High Court or Courts subordinate there to for a period of three years.
or
Must be working or must have worked as a Public Prosecutor or Additional Public Prosecutor or Assistant Public Prosecutor or Government Advocate for not less than 3 years in the post or posts.

Pay Scale: Rs.27,700/- - Rs.44,770/- Per Month
